Papakāinga Development

Delivered in partnership with Te Whiti South Trust and government organisations, this large-scale project saw the creation of nine homes on ancestral land. Ihaka Construction directly built three of the homes and led the overall project management, delivering on time and within budget despite Covid-related challenges. The build proudly prioritised local Māori-owned sub trades wherever possible.
